Other world powers need to realize it is not Japan who is the problem, but China. We need to create, and maintain our sphere of influence. These rebels must etheir be guided on the correct path or destroyed, they are an issue that does not require to be delt with, but needs to. I recomend that world powers keep to their own concern for their country and worry about others once theirs is perfect. Japan's intention is not to destroy China but guide it, however if China prooves to be dificult in this task and Japan is in war it would be much easeir to siply eradicate the problem. You speak blindly of either what you have heard or seen, but you do not know our cause. China's actions can not go without consequence, I remaind you that our intentions are to guide, but if China continues to push us to work harder to help them then we will have no choice but to find other alternatives.
